How quickly can I get a dress?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1~5 working days of purchase.

If the item is hot, sometimes it might extend to 8 working days.

We are speeding up to prepare the items for our customers as soon as possible.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping time vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.

Our standard ground shipping is typically 8-15 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST on a Friday may require +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 1pm EST on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.order.

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here due to the specifications or requirements of the local government agency at the destination. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

Your tracking number will be updated 1~3 working days after your order has been shipped.

WHY ISN’T THIS PRODUCT AVAILABLE TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Due to our licensing agreements, some of our licensed products are limited to select countries.

What is the return policy?

For order cancellations, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase, including the shipping fee, if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We aim that you should receive your refund within 14 working days.

Please note that we do not offer any free returns.

How can I determine the best size to order?

If you would like us to make a personal recommendation according to the dress pattern, please take your bust, under bust, waist and hip measurements (per the the guide above) and email to customdress@gmail.com along with the style you will be wearing. We will review the measurements with our production team and make a recommendation for the size we believe will work best in the style you’ve selected.

Import Taxes And Tariffs

You are responsible for all import duties and duties that may be charged when the article passes through customs. When your ordered goods arrive in your country, you must pay taxes. We advise you to familiarize local tax regulations before ordering. 

If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.You are also liable for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
